The worst flying experience I have ever had was with Etihad Airways on 30/01/09. The staff and ground handling agents were rude and unhelpful,the flight was diverted to Al Ain and kept on the ground for about 12 hours, as we didn’t have enough fuel to get to Abu Dhabi. We then missed our connecting flight to Kuala Lumpur and had to wait another 12 hours for the next connecting flight, in the early hours of the next day. Overall staff attitude, agents, service and food quality was extremely poor, entertainment systems were good when they worked, as many did not.
I will never fly Etihad again
